Bought a 2016 Africa twin from them and absolutely love it. Had an issue (100% unknown to them just an unfortunate situation) which they fixed under warranty for me. They agreed to help and picked up the bike with absolutely no push back while keeping me up to date with the fix. Big thank you to Ryder and a massive thank you to the mechanics for dealing with the issue like professionals and doing everything they could for the customer. Had the bike back for about 800 miles and had absolutely 0 issues. Would not hesitate to buy from them again and can guarantee I will return when it's time to change the bike. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a BikeTrac tracker installed by Ryders today. Dealt with James throughout the whole process, and it couldn't have been easier from the initial quote right through to collection.

The service was friendly, professional, and completely hassle-free. I'd happily use Ryders for anything motorbike-related and genuinely couldn't imagine going anywhere else. A great team all round – highly recommended! 👌🏍️

Just collected/purchased a Husky 901 Expedition from Joe (Ryders Motorcycles) and can honestly say they are the nicest people in the business.

My thanks to Joe for his exceptional after sales service. He diverted his mechanic over to me when he was up this way to look at an issue I had (which turned out was not an issue. It was just me being used to riding a Bavarian tank for the last 12 years). Joe is always willing to pick up the phone and advise (and it turns out educate) on any issues. Massive thanks again for your support. I would not hesitate in purchasing from him again.

I bought it without visiting the shop and it was exactly as described when it was delivered today. His technical advice has been spot on and very welcome. Just collected my Africa twin from Ryders after purchasing it last week. Very happy with the bike and the service from James, Joe and the team. Bike was prepped as you would expect, spotlessly clean and ready to go with all it's documents etc, a quick run through from James on all the bikes features etc. I have now used Ryders for selling a previous bike, I have had service's done here, bought clothing and now bought a bike from them and I have found them to be spot on and professional with all aspects of the service's used. I would confidently recommend them to any biker and I will continue to use them moving forward. A great example of how a business should be run, always putting the customer first. Great tyre, great service and good price, 7000 miles from previous rear tyre, same tyre. Excellent grip both wet and dry on BMW R1200s, thoroughly recommend for spirited riding!

Really great experience with Ryder (Joe). He was very proactive in answering my questions, provides lots of detail on the process and bike itself without any pressure. Would definitely recommend, and will be keeping an eye on the website for a next purchase.
